Popsicle Paradise

A few days ago I discovered that Elliott got a new tooth!  I should have bit my tongue when I shamelessly bragged to every one that he cut a tooth without a fuss because now Mr. E is feeling the teething blues.  It’s been a loooooong time since his last tooth came in and we’ve gotten really accustomed to Mr. Nice Guy being around all the time.  Needless to say, we’re pretty rusty when it comes to sad little boys with sore gums.

After some Tylenol, oragel, and a cold pack I was all out of ideas….until I remembered the stash of popsicles in the freezer that I had been saving for a warm sunny day!  Hooray!

Elliott loved his first popsicle and it turned out to be just what the doctor ordered for those sore gums!

  1. Hey Tricia! (stranger)
When all these ideas run out, try Hylands teething tablets. They are a miracle. They dissolve in the mouth and work like a charm. They are all natural, as well.
Elliott is too cute with his popsicle. We’ll probably try this really soon as it’s getting hot outside.

  2. Some of these pics look a bit like a horror show, if it weren’t for the very cute little boy in them! Smart idea to take his shirt off!

  3. What a darling mess he is! I bet you’ll be seeing repeats of that scene all summer long. Yeah for summer and popsicles!

(Hope E’s teeth quite bothering him!)

  4. We are big popsicle fans here. Aggie still tells me on occasion that her teeth hurt so we can break them out! HA!

I take a small paper cup and cut it down pretty low, then put the popsicle stick through it so the drips are caught in the cup (mostly!) But there is nothing cuter than half naked babies covered in purple juice!!!

  5. That’s so cute. And I am totally with Fancy on the teething tabs. We are using them quite a bit the last few days with the 2 year molars coming in. Poor kiddos.
